Tennis Lessons - Backhand Technique - Tennis Tips We are tracking the progress on Yomali’s shots. Our main project is a proper loop backhand. The loop is staying to the side of the body, but the front leg is popping up straight, throwing off her balance in mid-shot. Also, the energy level went way down as the drill went on… definitely something we are working on. The technique is better than before, but the energy level needs to be maintained. Comments welcome….
